Server Related
Regular Hours, Monday to Friday from 9am-6pm
- Server troubleshooting (exchange, file sharing, BES troubleshooting)
- Advanced network troubleshooting (VPN, router config)
- Email/Blackberry Setup and config (Outlook setup, archiving, backup, restore…)
- Data cabling troubleshooting (toning wires, running cables, fixing jacks…)
- Windows configuration or installation (include 5 GB backup/transfer)
